Revisiting Bogger.com : some feature memo

Here's some memo I wrote after opening this blog. I already have a blog in Blogger.com since 2010 without changing much, but today, during navigating admin menus, I found some new comfortable features and some features not changed. So I wrote here for my future use.

이 블로그를 열면서 몇 가지 메모한 것을 적어둡니다. 블로거닷컴 블로그는 2010년쯤부터 잘 썼지만 별로 바꾸진 않았습니다. 하지만 오늘 다시 메뉴를 보니, 편리해진 새 기능이 몇 가지 보였습니다. 그리고 바뀌지 않은 것도 보여 차후 참고하려고 적어둡니다.

1. Sending a post via e-mail link.
이메일 전송 링크

if this is enabled, the mail icon appears on the post. The precise position depends on your decision in "layout" menu.

이 항목이 활성화되면 본문에 편지아이콘이 레이아웃에서 지정해둔 위치에 나타납니다.

if this is clicked, the text contens (I think) of the post is transferred. In my case, gmail log-in was required for that action. Be sure that the text of the post, not the link of the post, is sent.

아이콘을 클릭하면 해당 블로그 포스트의 주소가 아니라, 컨텐츠 중 "텍스트"가 이메일로 전송됩니다. 이메일을 사용하므로 제 경우, gmail 로그인 화면이 떴습니다.

2. Quick Edit button
빠른 수정 버튼

Some years ago, although I checked that button on layout menu, the appearance of it was somewhat random. I still don't know why. And there's some others which behaviors alike. (All belong to "main" and resides below the main article.)

이것도 그렇고 댓글과 트랙백(?)도 그렇고, 하단에 표시되는 항목들은 예나 지금이나 제때 반영이 안 되는 것 같습니다.

Wow! I did'nt know it before! It looks very useful.
이 기능이 있는 줄은 몰랐습니다. 나중에 편리하게 써먹을 수 있겠네요.

4. Adsense in between posts

I don't remember I have used this feature.

5. English title -> English URL
Korean(2 byte) title -> number URL

at the point of 1st posting according to the code page(language) of title parageaph. To change it, maybe it is needed to repost a new article(my experience).
처음 글을 작성해 올린 시점에 제목 문장에 사용된 언어에 따라 영문제목이면 그 제목을 사용한 URL로, 한글 제목이면 숫자를 적당히 넣은 URL로 글 주소를 만들어줌. 이걸 바꾸려면 제목만 고쳐서는 안 되고 아예 새 글을 만들어주어 옮겨야 하는 모양이다(내 경험).


It is good the interface is faster and easier.
And still I have question: "How can I back up the layout settings I altered, spending hours?"

좋은 점은 편집화면이 점점 빨라지고 편해지고 있다는 점.
여전히 의문인 건, 이렇게 애써 바꾼 설정을 어떻게 백업할 것인가하는 점.
